Simon Crampton PhD is a seasoned sport psychologist with extensive experience in enhancing athletic performance across various sports. Currently serving as the Senior Sport Psychologist for the British Sailing Team at the UK Sports Institute since May 2017, Simon has a proven track record of implementing performance psychology strategies within high-performance environments. Previous roles include Senior Sport Psychologist for Warwickshire County Cricket Club and the British Boblsleigh and Skeleton Association, as well as contributions to England and Great Britain Hockey and the England & Wales Cricket Board. Simon holds a PhD in Sport Psychology from the University of Roehampton, along with an MSc in Sport Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science & Physiology, underlining a strong academic foundation in the field.
