Katie Gargett

Katie Gargett serves as Chief Operating Officer at both Chapter Zero and UK100, overseeing organizational resilience and leading operational functions including HR, Finance, IT, and programme management since February 2020. During this tenure, Katie has been responsible for financial oversight and managing budgets, alongside developing internal systems and fostering relationships with corporate associates and grant funders. Previously, Katie held multiple leadership positions at Oath and AOL Advertising, focusing on client services, operations management, and project delivery in complex global environments, guiding teams through significant mergers and ensuring high-performance digital campaigns. Katie holds a degree in Business Management from Swansea University.
