Elizabeth Kilbee-Johnson has been with UKAS since June 2011 and currently holds the position of Head of Customer Service. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was a Business Systems Administrator at UKAS where Elizabeth was involved in maintaining, developing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. Elizabeth also worked as a Customer Account Co-ordinator at the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. Elizabeth holds a 2.1 Honours degree in Criminology from Kingston University.
