Cathy Bilafer

Cathy Bilafer serves as Vice President of SMB Sales and Business Development at UKG, holding this position since October 2020, following a decade in similar roles at Kronos where Cathy focused on driving inside sales and lead development for SMB markets in Human Capital Management and Workforce Management solutions. Prior to Kronos, Cathy spent over two decades at Sun Microsystems, where responsibilities included directing the Americas inside sales and lead qualification groups. Early in their career, Cathy was the National Sales Manager at First Software Corporation, overseeing aggressive outbound sales strategies. Cathy Bilafer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from Worcester State University.
