Hannah Flor

Hannah Flor currently serves as the Lead Employee Relations Investigator at UKG, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Hannah accumulated extensive experience at 3M, where roles included Global Investigations & Compliance Manager and various positions in Investigations, Labor, and Compliance from May 2016 to September 2024. Additionally, Hannah worked as an Associate Recruiter Intern at Signature Consultants and as a Human Resources Coordinator Intern at London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota, supplemented by a minor in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a focus on Sociology. Educational experiences also include studies with CAPA The Global Education Network and the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
