Heather Larkin

Heather Larkin serves as group vice president of finance at UKG. As a leader who is adept at using numbers to tell the UKG growth story and provide insights that drive the business, Heather oversees all financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the company. Heather started at the company in 2012 as director of technical accounting and corporate reporting, and rose quickly through the finance department, serving in a number of roles spanning financial planning and analysis, operations, and accounting. Prior to UKG, Heather worked in consulting and public accounting, including working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont.
