Isaac Paquette

Isaac Paquette is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in architecture and development. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at UKG since October 2024, Paquette previously held the role of Principal Architect at Intercontinental Exchange from March 2020 to October 2024. Prior experience includes positions as Software Architect at Kronos Incorporated, where Paquette led the technical direction for the Workforce Dimensions Suite, and a tenure at IBM that involved managing a team of developers while focusing on Java and JavaScript technologies. Earlier roles at Charles River Development and Kronos further established expertise in software engineering and technical leadership.
