J.c. Gonzalez

J.C. Gonzalez has extensive experience in customer success and executive relationship management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Executive Relationship Manager at UKG since August 2020. Prior to this, J.C. held multiple senior roles at Ultimate Software from January 1994 to August 2020, including Vice President of Executive Relationships, where responsibilities included fostering trust-based executive relationships and guiding companies to leverage cloud-based HCM solutions. Additional positions included Vice President and General Manager for Enterprise Midmarket customers, overseeing customer support and strategic account services, and Vice President and Director of Customer Support, with a focus on delivering comprehensive customer support solutions. J.C. earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Barry University and further pursued education at the University of Miami.
