Janet Marotta

Janet Marotta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate applications and business analysis. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Applications at UKG, Janet has held significant roles including Director of Finance Information Technology and Senior Manager of Enterprise Application Services. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Business Analysis at Ultimate Software and SVP of the Project Management Office at BankUnited, where additional responsibilities included VP of Business Process Management. Janet's career began at Veracity Management Group as a Project Manager and as a Senior Partner at Carina Group, LLC. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Columbia Engineering, obtained in 2007, and has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the same institution.
