Jessica Powell

Jessica Powell, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in payroll management and human resources, currently serving as Sr Manager of HRIS Managed Services at UKG since March 2015, after progressing through various roles including Payroll Manager and Payroll Team Lead. Prior to UKG, Jessica worked as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Cortland Partners, where payroll processing and reporting were independently managed. Earlier roles include Business Manager at Paramount Staffing, LLC, and Finance and Human Resources Assistant at Excelerate Discovery, both where weekly payroll processing for temporary employees was a key responsibility. Jessica began their career in management at Slope's BBQ, serving as General Manager and Shift Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Valdosta State University, earned from 2004 to 2008.
