Kylene Zenk has extensive work experience in marketing and business development. Kylene currently holds the position of Director, Industry Marketing at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Kronos Incorporated for 13 years, where they held various roles including Director, Industry Marketing from August 2016 to August 2020, Senior Manager, Industry Marketing & Business Development, Manufacturing from February 2014 to August 2016, Sr. Vertical Marketing Manager from January 2012 to January 2014, Vertical Marketing Manager from June 2009 to January 2012, and Product Marketing Specialist from November 2007 to May 2009. Before joining Kronos Incorporated, they worked at Capital One Healthcare Finance for three years, where they served as a Senior Marketing Specialist from May 2006 to November 2007, Sales Training & Development Specialist from April 2004 to May 2006, and Operations Associate from March 2003 to April 2004.

Kylene Zenk obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2002. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completing it in 2011.
