Mike Fletcher is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams across leading technology firms. Prior roles include Area Vice President at UKG, where leadership extended to a team handling enterprise software sales across the US, and Sales Director with responsibilities for HR and workforce management software in the Western US. Previously, Mike served as Sales Director at SAP, managing a team targeting Fortune 1000 accounts, and held management positions at Siebel Systems and Xerox, focusing on sales in North America.
