Pankaj Jain

Pankaj Jain is a seasoned Senior Engineering Leader at UKG, responsible for leading software engineering teams in the implementation of MS D365 ERP modules and the development of People Productivity Services Software. Pankaj is a member of Kettering, an executive network for senior-level professionals, and Fractionals United, a community for fractional leaders. Previously, Pankaj served as Principal at Fidums, LLC, and held key roles such as Senior Vice President of Technology at Truist, Vice President of Technology at SPI, and Senior Development Manager at Fidelity Investments, demonstrating a strong background in technology strategy, software delivery, and project management. Pankaj holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, as well as a BE(Hons.) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an M.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
