Robert Kaupp

Robert Kaupp has extensive experience in financial analysis and project management, currently serving as a Lead Financial Analyst at UKG since September 2019. In this role, Robert provides executive-level reporting and leads initiatives to enhance financial operations, including the implementation of a new AR interface and Dynamics 365 ERP solution. Previously, Robert held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at UKG, contributing to audit committee materials and daily operational reports. Additionally, Robert has experience as an Accountant at The Responsive Auto Insurance Company and has officiated high school football and flag football games since 2016. Robert holds two master's degrees—one in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Miami and another in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University—along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, International Studies, and Political Science from the University of Miami.
