Ryan Hopper

Ryan Hopper is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Vice President of Sales-West at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) since September 2020, after previously holding the role of Sales Director. Prior to UKG, Ryan was with Ultimate Software from September 2015 to September 2020 as a Strategic Development Manager, focusing on HCM solutions for mid-sized companies. Ryan's career began at ADP, where from May 2009 to August 2015, a role included managing sales teams to support small business owners in various aspects of business. Additionally, Ryan worked as a District Manager and small business consultant at ADP and as a lead sales representative at Cingular Wireless from July 2005 to May 2009. Ryan holds a degree in Marketing from Concordia University-St. Paul, earned between 2005 and 2008, and graduated with a high school diploma from Irondale Senior High School in 2004.
