Tom Wood

Tom Wood is a seasoned professional in the consultancy and training sectors, currently serving as Head of Commercial at UKGI Group since January 2024, where responsibilities include developing and implementing commercial strategies for the Consultancy Division. Since April 2021, Tom has also held the role of Group Business Development Manager at UKGI Group Ltd, a leader in the UK general insurance sector. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at RWA from 2007 to May 2021, where Tom advanced from Operations Manager to Chief Executive. Additional roles encompass managing the CITA e-Learning Platform at Elmsleigh Learning & Development and service delivery in utility and environmental consultancy. Tom holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Leadership from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a degree in Psychology & Communication from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff.
