Scott Paulin

Scott Paulin has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Director of Alternative Education at Ukiah Unified School District since July 2018. Prior to this, Scott held various roles at Asia Pacific International School from July 2011 to June 2018, including Deputy Head of Schools and Principal. Scott also served as Superintendent and K-12 Principal at Potter Valley Community Unified School District from July 2010 to June 2011, and as Principal at Potter Valley Elementary/Secondary School from July 2005 to June 2010. Scott earned a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Sonoma State University, where thesis research focused on restructuring a rural school district's schedule to enhance arts and vocational programs. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from California State University, Chico.
