Olga Cherevata

Olga Cherevata has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Olga is currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at UkraineRobotics, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Olga worked at The APP Solutions as the Director of Operations from May 2022 to March 2023, and as the Human Resources Director from July 2021 to May 2022. Olga also worked at GlobalLogic as a Lead Recruitment Specialist from September 2019 to April 2021, where they focused on domains such as medical and automotive. Olga co-founded and was a speaker at Mentoring club UA, a pet project where they organized meetings and events and provided social media content from July 2019 to August 2020. Olga gained experience in talent acquisition as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Newxel on a contract basis from July 2019 to September 2019. Prior to that, Olga worked at Diceus as the Head of Recruitment from March 2018 to July 2019 and as a Human Resources Generalist from December 2016 to March 2018. Olga also has customer support experience as a Customer Support Manager at Ningbo Best Trust Co from July 2016 to November 2016. Olga started their career as a Logistician at Asia Consulting Group from August 2015 to July 2016 and as a Sales Manager at ExpoOnline.biz from March 2015 to August 2015. Olga also worked as an English Language Teacher at FuChung Tang art school from December 2012 to January 2015, teaching children aged 3 to 12 years old. Overall, Olga has a strong background in management, human resources, recruitment, and customer support.

Olga Cherevata completed their Bachelor's degree in Chinese language and literature from Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University between 2008 and 2012. During their time as a student, they also participated in a foreign students' exchange program at Gannan Normal University, where they studied Chinese language and culture from 2009 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Olga obtained a certificate in teaching English as a Foreign Language from the International TEFL and TESOL Training in January 2015. Olga also received a certificate of completion from Gannan Normal University in September 2009.

Furthermore, Olga gained expertise in various areas by completing several certifications. These include "The Art of Speech" from GlobalLogic Ukraine in December 2019, "Effective communication in IT Recruitment" from Natalia Tylka in July 2019, "Full digital marketing" from Свободная школа маркетинга in June 2019, and "Interviews by Competencies" from Luxoft in April 2017.
