Markian Kuzycz

Markian Kuzycz is a seasoned medical professional currently serving as the Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Advocate Aurora Health since March 2003. Markian holds the title of MD, FACS, and has been a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons since 2005. In addition to clinical responsibilities, Markian is a member of the Board of Directors at the Ukrainian National Museum since 2019 and served as an advisor for SIA, which was acquired by Integra LifeSciences, from 2017 until December 2022. Markian's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, a residency in General Surgery at Mt Sinai Hospital Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University. Markian is currently pursuing studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
