Tarasenko Yelizaveta

Tarasenko Yelizaveta has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Tarasenko started their career in 2007 as a Cashier at JSC Ukreximbank and later worked as a Leading specialist Personification department at Український пенсійний фонд. In 2010, they joined ProCredit Holding as a Specialist Credit back office. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Forward Bank, initially as a Senior Specialist in the Department of Regional Development, and later as a Compensation Benefits Specialist. From 2021 to 2023, they served as a Compensation Benefits Manager at Fozzy Group. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Performance management and personnel development at Ukrposhta.

Tarasenko Yelizaveta completed their Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University from 2007 to 2010. Tarasenko then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at Kyiv National University of Economics Vadym Hetman from 2012 to 2013.
