Michelle Alfonso is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing VOD content delivery and supporting technical workflows within the media industry. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Coordinator at UKTV since November 2013, Michelle oversees the successful delivery of content across platforms and provides guidance to the team. Previously, Michelle held the role of Virgin Media Service Delivery Coordinator at VUBIQUITY and served as a Media Management Librarian at Red Bee Media, where responsibilities included metadata management and critical content oversight. Michelle began a career in media as a Post Production Runner at the BBC, gaining foundational experience in transmission critical processes. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts & Sound & Music Recording from the University of West London.
