Heema Joshi

Heema Joshi is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer in Solar Asset Advisory at UL Solutions since October 2024. Previously, Heema held various roles at Clir Renewables from May 2020 to October 2024, culminating in the position of Renewable Analytics Team Lead for Solar, with a focus on optimizing the performance of utility-scale solar farms and managing performance assessment projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Engineer at Brookfield Renewable, where optimization of 100 MW solar plants and energy production forecasting were key responsibilities, and as a Renewable Operation Center Engineer at SunEdison, where automation and performance reporting for 500 MW of solar assets were achieved. Early career experience includes positions as a Project Fellow at GERMI and a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Reliance. Heema holds an M.Tech. in Energy Systems and Technology from Pandit Deendayal Energy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control from Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science.
