James Fulton

James Fulton has extensive experience in information technology, serving as the Corporate Director of Information Technology at Ulbrich Steel from May 2000 until retirement. Prior to this role, James worked in IT at Hubbell Inc from 1975 to 1998. Academic credentials include a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtained from 1975 to 1980, and a degree in Earth Science from Southern Connecticut State University, earned between 1970 and 1974. James completed secondary education at Avon High School from 1965 to 1970.
