Heather Rice

Heather Rice is an experienced banking professional currently serving as a Bank Teller at Ulster Savings Bank since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Salesperson at Alice's Wonderland from July 2017 to October 2022, where Heather trained new employees, educated customers on products, and managed inventory. Additionally, Heather completed a Student Internship at Everhart Museum in early 2019, focusing on educational programming and document editing. Earlier experience as a Barista/Cashier at Cocoon Coffee House from August 2014 to April 2017 included training new staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
