John H.

John H. started their career as a Junior Engineer and later became an Assistant Engineer at Biggs Cardosa Associates from July 2005 to January 2009. John then joined Xcel Energy as a Plant Engineer in February 2009 and worked in that role until April 2013. In April 2013, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager at Xcel Energy and was responsible for overseeing and tracking nuclear capital projects, including budgeting, financial estimating, cost control, project scope development, and coordination of various project phases. John held this position until November 2016 when they took on the role of Project Manager, Distributed Energy Resources. In this role, they continued to manage projects, focusing on distributed energy resources. John H. joined Ulteig in April 2021 as a Project Manager and has now advanced to the position of Senior Project Manager as of February 2023.

John H. attended Santa Clara University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Santa Clara University. In terms of additional certifications, John obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the State of California in January 2008 and also obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID in July 2010. Furthermore, they received a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2015.
