Sara Chapman

Sara Chapman is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of HR & Business Services at Ulteig since January 2024, Sara previously held the position of VP of People Operations at Electra and Vice President of Human Resources at Native Roots Colorado. Additional experience includes a role as Sr. Director of HR and Talent Management at Brown and Caldwell, and multiple positions at Xcel Energy, where Sara advanced from Sr. Talent Management Consultant to Director Talent Acquisition. Earlier career contributions were made as an HR Consultant at Lawson Software and as a Sr. HR Consultant/People Development Consultant at Pro Staff. Sara holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource & Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, completed between 2005 and 2010.
