In 2011, they decided to start their own company, Ultimate Languages, which provides high-quality language services to clients around the world. Heather is a highly skilled project manager with a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget. Heather is also an expert in web localization and has a deep understanding of the latest technology trends.

Heather Morgan reports to Isabella Ballanti, Managing Director. They work with Enifa Lika - Project Manager, Emily Nash - Growth Manager, and Steve Catchpole - Sales Enablement.
