Amulya Kadiam

Amulya Kadiam currently serves as a Recruitment Assistant at Ultimez Technology Pvt Ltd since February 2024. Previously, Amulya held the position of Talent Acquisition Executive at Teamware Solutions from March 2022 to January 2023, and completed an internship as an HR Recruiter at futuremug from December 2021 to March 2022. Amulya has also worked as a Technical Tutor at Cuemath from July 2021 to December 2021, where mentorship was provided to over 100 students, achieving an 80% demo-to-enrollment conversion ratio. In this role, Amulya showcased strong programming skills in C, C++, and JavaScript, assessed teaching quality for new tutors, and participated in the shortlisting process for candidates. Prior experience includes training global students in coding as a Technical Tutor at WhiteHat Jr from August 2020 to October 2020.
