Samantha Rondinelli

As Vice President at Ultimus LeverPoint, Samantha is responsible for providing financial accounting and reporting services to private equity funds as well as working on the day-to-day operations for the clients.

Samantha joined Ultimus LeverPoint in December 2021, bringing with her twelve years of financial services and partnership accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Samantha worked at FD Fund Administration where she provided accounting expertise to clients focused in the real estate and private equity industries. Samantha previously worked for a multi-billion dollar real estate family of funds where she was involved with the financial reporting, accounting and treasury functions.

Samantha received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master’s degree with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Illinois. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania.
