Jason Riley

Jason Riley has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management. Jason is currently working as the Sr Dir of Global Talent Acquisition at Ultra Clean Technology since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director Talent Acquisition at Renesas Electronics from 2021 to 2022.

Jason also has extensive experience at NI (National Instruments), where they held multiple roles. Jason served as the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition - AMER and EMEA from 2020 to 2022, overseeing a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs) and executing talent acquisition strategies. Before that, they were the EMEA and NI Hungary Talent Acquisition Manager from 2019 to 2020, responsible for recruiting top talent and driving process alignment across the region.

Jason's previous roles at NI also included the Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager from 2017 to 2019, where they developed and implemented enterprise-wide talent acquisition programs, and the Global IT and Business Analyst Talent Development Manager from 2006 to 2017, where they designed and implemented talent strategies and led recruitment efforts for the IT and BA groups.

Before joining NI, Jason worked as a Programmer/Analyst III from 2003 to 2006 and as a Programmer Analyst from 2000 to 2003 at National Instruments.

Jason Riley attended Texas State University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
