Kuldip Khaira Aca (CPA)

Kuldip Khaira ACA (CPA) has extensive work experience in finance and planning roles. Starting from 1992, they worked as an Audit Supervisor at PwC / Auerbach Hope, where they were responsible for audit planning, accounts finalization, and financial statements. In 1998, they joined HJ Heinz as a UK Finance Controller and Taxation Manager, handling reporting and statutory accounts. Kuldip progressed to become the Central and Eastern European Manager, overseeing financial performance reporting and supporting restructuring efforts. From 2003 to 2013, they worked at Armstrong World Industries in various roles, including Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. There, they drove profitability through better reporting and analysis. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at TT Electronics plc, where they served as Director of Finance and FP&A for the Transportation Division, and later as Director of Finance for the Sensing and Control Division. During their time at TT Electronics plc, they led the financial reporting and analysis for the company's global S&C business, with responsibilities including strategic planning, budgeting, and monthly financial close. Since 2017, they have been the Group Head of Planning and Business Performance at SIG plc, where they oversee financial planning and analysis for the company. In 2019, they joined Ultra Clean Technology as the Senior Director of Finance / FP&A (Corporate and BU).

Kuldip Khaira ACA (CPA) completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Imperial College, University of London from 1989 to 1992.
