Matthew Wood

Matthew Wood has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Matthew is currently working as a Senior Design Engineer at Ultra Clean Technology. Prior to this, Matthew held various senior engineering roles at companies such as Southwest Research Institute, TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company, Enflite Inc., and MJW Consulting. Matthew'sexpertise includes designing and integrating electrical and mechanical components for avionics systems, developing cooling systems for medium voltage drives, providing engineering support for electro-mechanical products used in aircraft, and designing heavy industry induction motors. Matthew also has experience in project management and manufacturing engineering. Matthew started their career at Applied Materials, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and later as an Engineering Technologist. Matthew's skills include 3-D modeling, software proficiency (Pro/Engineer, Intralink, Inventor), and troubleshooting.

Matthew Wood has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from The University of Texas at Austin. Matthew also holds a certification as an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
