Ben Isherwood

Ben Isherwood, PMP has a diverse work experience. Ben served as the Director of Project Services America's at Ultra Commerce from 2022, where they managed a global team and delivered complex headless eCommerce implementations. Prior to this, they were the Head of Projects, Americas at Ultra Commerce from 2018 to 2022, showcasing their project management expertise and leadership skills. Before Ultra Commerce, Ben worked as the Asia Pacific Customer Success Manager at Ultra Commerce from 2017 to 2018, where they built strong customer relationships and managed IT projects. Ben also worked as a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager at Ultra Commerce from 2010 to 2017, successfully delivering e-commerce sites for companies like "BigW" and contributing to the revenue of Amway International.

In addition, Ben has experience working as a Project Manager for ERP/Business Information Systems at the Australian Water Association from 2009 to 2010, where they oversaw a systems overhaul project. Ben also worked as a Director at Live Executive from 2008 to 2009, focusing on agile methodologies and implementing scalable technology solutions in the recruitment industry. Prior to that, Ben served as an IT Manager and Project Manager at the Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association from 2005 to 2008.

Ben Isherwood, PMP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Newcastle, which they obtained in 2003. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they earned the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2011, they became a registered practitioner of PRINCE2 through APMG International. Ben further expanded their expertise in project management by obtaining the PRINCE2 - Registered Practitioner certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2016. Ben also holds the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services, which they obtained in 2016.
