Sean Schuster has over 25 years of experience in operations, customer service, supply chain, and business transformation. Sean began their career in 1995 as a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor at Fed Ex Global Logistics (3PL for Hewlett Packard). In 2001, they were recruited by the ecommerce startup Kozmo as a Customer Service Manager and Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor. From 2002 to 2016, they worked at Sony Electronics in various roles, including Senior Manager Sales and Customer Service Operations, Manager Contact Center Operations & Infrastructure, Manager Business Process and System Applications, and Program Manager Sony Supply Chain Solutions (Vaio PC). In 2016, they joined Monark Premium Appliance Co. as the Director of Strategy and Business Planning and Director of Customer Experience. In 2019, they began working at KATERRA as the Director of Operations and Senior Manager 3rd Party Partner Management. In 2020, they joined Art of Problem Solving as the Director of Operations - Beast Academy. Currently, Sean Schuster is employed at Ultra Consultants as a Program Manager / Sr. Consultant.
