Mikhal Krief

Mikhal Krief is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Ultra Information Solutions since December 2021. Previously, Mikhal held various key HR positions at the Israel Defense Forces from February 1999 to October 2020, including Head of Human Resources for the Research Division and Technology Unit, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance personnel integration and retention. Notable projects include The Liam's Project, which integrated special needs personnel into the intelligence corps and received the Intelligence award in 2020. Mikhal's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Settlement and Conflict Resolution from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Middle East Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
