Alina Filip ACIPP has a diverse work experience in HRIS management and payroll. Alina is currently working as an HRIS Lead at Ultra Intelligence & Communications since January 2023. Previously, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at Ultra Electronics from January 2019 to July 2023. Before that, Alina worked as a Payroll Advisor at Westover Group Limited from August 2017 to February 2020. Alina also has experience as a Senior Payroll Administrator at NHS Shared Business Services from September 2015 to February 2020.

Alina Filip ACIPP attended the University of Alexandru Ioan Cuza, Iasi from 2008 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Finance and Banking and obtained the qualification of Economist.
