James Parys

James Parys has a strong work experience in the defense and intelligence industry. James currently holds the position of Vice President, Growth & Strategy at Ultra Intelligence & Communications starting from November 2023. Prior to this, they served as Sr. Vice President, Mission Solutions Growth at Parsons Corporation from July 2022 to November 2023. James also held the role of Vice President, Defense & Intelligence Business Development & Capture at Parsons Corporation from March 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Parsons Corporation, Parys worked at Cubic Corporation as a Senior Program Director, Program Director, and Director of Business Development in various roles related to platform communications programs and unmanned systems and secure communications from 2017 to 2020.

Furthermore, Parys had an extensive career at Northrop Grumman, where they served as the Director of Business Development & Capture, Director of Business Development, and Program Director in roles related to international, C5ISR, missile defense, and C2 programs from 2001 to 2017.

James'searly work experience includes positions at Comptek Federal Systems as a Program Manager and Software Engineer from 1995 to 2001, as well as their service in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist from 1986 to 1995.
