Joshua Chaves

Joshua Chaves is a skilled toolmaker with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Journeyman Toolmaker at Ultra Tool & Mfg since April 2023, Joshua previously worked at Norquist Tool & Die and Stamping as a Toolmaker, where responsibilities included manufacturing and assembling components for stamping dies and troubleshooting for production solutions. Other roles include assembler at SCOT INDUSTRIES INC, lathe operator at Leaf Technology, CNC Machinist at United Tool and Matrix Packaging, and machinist at Tools, Inc. Joshua began a career in this field as a toolmaker apprentice at Ultra Tool & Mfg. Joshua holds a technical diploma in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Waukesha County Technical College.
