Rebecca Jefferd has a diverse work experience in the consumer goods and skincare industry. Rebecca co-founded Ultra Violette Skincare in 2019 and currently holds a role as a Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked at The TOM Co from 2017 to 2019, where they held the positions of Strategy Director and General Manager. At MECCA Brands from 2011 to 2017, they served as the Head of Signature Line Brands. Before that, they worked at L'Oreal as a Marketing Director from 2006 to 2008, managing multiple brands and leading a team. Rebecca began their career at BP in 1997, where they held the role of Assistant Global Brand Manager and worked in various roles across Australia, the UK, and the US. Their final role at BP involved launching a new premium brand, Castrol EDGE, and developing a global marketing program for the brand.
Rebecca Jefferd pursued their higher education, starting in 1994, at The University of Queensland where they studied Commerce/Economics. Rebecca completed their degree in 1995. In the following year, from 1995 to 1996, they enrolled at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) to pursue a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
