Andrew Dingle

Andrew Dingle has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Most recently, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ultraceuticals since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the positions of Chief Operating Officer & Company Secretary from September 2021 to September 2022, and Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary from August 2020 to September 2021 at Ultraceuticals. Before joining Ultraceuticals, Andrew was the Chief Financial Officer of Permaconn / Radio Data Communications from October 2018 to June 2020. Andrew also served as the Chief Financial Officer of MYSALE Group PLC from June 2013 to October 2018. Additionally, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Henry Schein Halas from May 2005 to June 2013, and Financial Controller at Henry Schein Regional Pty Ltd from January 2002 to April 2005. Prior to that, Andrew was self-employed as a Finance Manager/Controller from January 1998 to December 2001. Andrew began their career as an Insolvency Supervisor at Grant Thornton - Chartered Accountants from February 1990 to January 1997.

Andrew Dingle has pursued various educational endeavors throughout their career. In 2020, they attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completed the AICD Company Directors Course.
