Leandro Matheus

Leandro Matheus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and governance, currently serving as the Gerente de Segurança da Informação e Governança at Ultragaz since September 2017. In this role, Leandro is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategies aligned with organizational goals while managing a team to foster growth and effectiveness. Prior positions at Ultragaz include Gerente de TI, where Leandro led the technological infrastructure operations and implemented IT governance policies, and Gestor de TI, overseeing strategic project management focused on digital transformation. With a foundational career at Ultra, Leandro managed Oracle ERP systems, designed disaster recovery plans, and led significant technological initiatives. Leandro holds a Pós-Graduação in Gestão de Negócios from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bacharelado in Análise de Sistemas de Computação from Universidade Paulista.
