Mathias Dümmer Besoain

Mathias Dauphin is an experienced professional in cyber defense and military operations, currently serving as Adjoint OSSI at Ministère des Armées since September 2024. Prior to this role, Mathias worked at ANSSI as Chargé de coordination, focusing on inter-service cooperation in cyber defense. Mathias has also held positions at Ministère des Armées, including Manager en cyberdéfense, where responsibilities included team management and Cyber Threat Intelligence, and as Chef de projet, managing high-stakes operational matters. Early career experience includes serving as an Officier d’infanterie in the 1ère Brigade Mécanisée, leading operational units. Mathias holds multiple degrees in engineering and specialized studies in crisis management and cyber defense from prestigious institutions, including INSA Toulouse and Ecoles de Saint Cyr Coëtquidan.
