Isuru Chamara Jayalal has experience in the HR field, starting as a Management Trainee at Sri Lanka Telecom, where they assisted in various employee engagement activities and welfare items distribution. Moving on to SLT Digital Info Services, Isuru implemented new talent acquisition programs and managed attendance and payroll systems. Currently working at UltraTech Cement as a Human Resources Executive, Isuru contributes to the development of the HRIS system and the implementation of HR policies to meet company objectives and legal compliance.
