Siddharth Nair

Siddharth Nair is currently serving as the Lead- Talent Acquisition at UltraTech Cement since January 2022. Prior to this role, Siddharth worked at Infosys BPM as an Associate Lead and Associate HR from June 2019 to January 2022. Siddharth also has experience as a Recruiter at EXL from May 2017 to June 2019 and as a Human Resources Intern at Capgemini in late 2016. Siddharth's internship at Wagons Learning Pvt Ltd. in 2016 focused on understanding the selection & recruitment process. Siddharth completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Development from ASM Group of Institutes in 2017.
