Srinibas Behera

Srinibas Behera is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at UltraTech Cement since October 2020, Srinibas previously held the position of Deputy General Manager of Human Resources. Before returning to UltraTech Cement, Srinibas was the Head of Human Resources at Pro Minerals Pvt. Ltd., and served as Human Resources Manager at UltraTech Cement from March 2016 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Manager of HR at Hindalco Industries Limited, Assistant Manager of HR & ER at OCL Iron and Steel Ltd., and Executive HR at Ramoji Film City. Srinibas holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Berhampur University, an LLB degree from Utkal University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from Utkal University.
