Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Officer at Binani Cement Ltd. and Officer at Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd. Tarun Jain holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Vikram University, a Diploma in Labour Law from Udaipur Law College, and a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Personnel Management & Labour Law from Nagpur University.
