Charles Boutens

Charles Boutens is the CEO and Co-Founder of uman.ai, a machine learning company that helps businesses automate their recruitment process. Prior to uman.ai, Charles was a Machine Learning Engineer at ML6, where they helped the company grow from 5 to over 50 employees in 2 years. Charles has also worked as a web developer at Monash University. Charles is passionate about using machine learning to solve real-world problems and believes that uman.ai can revolutionize the recruitment industry.

Charles Boutens studied engineering at Ghent University, where they obtained their master's degree in engineering physics.
