Andre Lachance

Andre Lachance is an experienced technical professional in embedded systems and software development, currently serving as the Technical Lead for Embedded System at Umano Medical since August 2020. Prior to this role, Andre worked as a Specialist in LiDAR System Verification at LeddarTech from May 2018 to August 2020, and held the position of Director of Software Development at Opsens from May 2004 to April 2018, focusing on embedded software development for DSP and ARM processors. Andre’s career began at Newbridge Networks, Alcatel Networks, where responsibilities included DSP design and management of wireless product support development from January 1993 to November 2001. Andre holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke, completed in 1988.
