Darren Herrmann

Darren Herrmann has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Darren worked at UMB Financial Corporation for over 20 years, starting as a Senior Vice President-Financial Services Group Manager. In this role, they managed a team of financial analysts and acted as a liaison between sales staff, clients, and regulatory agencies for asset/liability management, accounting, investment, and regulatory issues. Darren then progressed to become a Senior Vice President & Corporate Treasurer, responsible for managing a $7 billion fixed income portfolio and overseeing various financial functions such as interest rate risk measurement, liquidity risk management, and funds transfer pricing. Darren also played a key role in the capital planning process and stress testing. Darren further advanced to the position of Executive Vice President & Corporate Treasurer, continuing their responsibilities and additionally chairing the ALCO Committee. This role also involved collaborating with various departments such as Investor Relations, M&A, Corporate Development, and more. Prior to UMB, Darren worked as an Examiner at the Office of Thrift Supervision.

Darren Herrmann earned a BSBA and MBA degree in Finance from the University of Central Missouri between 1990 and 1993.
