Douglas Lueben

Douglas Lueben is a Senior Software Engineer at Verint since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading a UX team in the development of a single-page web application, serving as Scrum Master, mentoring team members, and contributing to project direction through storytelling and resource development in Jira and Confluence. Previously, Douglas worked as a Software Engineer at RDA Corporation, a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), and holds experience as a Software Developer and Co-Founder at RetTech. In addition, Douglas serves as an Instructor and Curriculum Developer at UMBC Training Centers, delivering computer programming courses and establishing a foundational course for future students. Douglas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UMBC in 2018.
